Learn how to maintain a neutral spine throughout the lift. Leverage the weight off the floor instead of muscling it. Create massive amounts of tension and get the whole body firing as a unit. Stop jerking the bar. Instead pull all the slack out, squeeze the weight off the floor while maintaining a strong position, then you can accelerate. Visualize a space shuttle taking off!
