Really proud to announce the winners of our 6 Week Total Health Challenge that took place in Sept - Oct 2018!
The challenge focused on building a series of healthy nutrition, training and sleep/mindset related habits. We measured progress using a point system and had a bunch of fun bonus opportunities each week. You can get up to 10 points for each category or 30 total points per week (x6 weeks = 180 max total points). It wasn’t a weight loss focused challenge, but we had a ton of success as you can see below.
