One of the primary tools we use to build strength is the barbell. 

Whether you are just starting out, want to understand the basics of movement, or looking to refine your technique, our 3 hour barbell workshop will have you walking away feeling strong and confident in all of your lifts.

Our workshops are limited in size to about 12 people. This allows us to keep things personal and to provide individualized feedback to all of our attendees.

In the workshop, we’ll guide you through the same proven step by step process all of our GTS Athletes experience their first week.    

In the workshop...

  • You will learn the training and programming strategies we use to maximize strength and build muscle
  • You will learn a exercises to improve posture, open up your shoulders and hips, minimize injury and prime the body for the big lifts.
  • You will get hands on experience and receive direct coaching feedback as you learn the keys to mastering the squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, pull ups and rows. 
  • You will also walk away with special offers and discounts on GTS coaching programs and products.

Remember, all training experiences are welcome, beginner to advanced!  While improving your form, you'll also have the opportunity to see and assess others as we correct the most common technical problems.
