1 on 1 BARBELL TRAINING CAMP
One Week Strength Reboot
In the training camp, we'll guide you through the same proven step by step process all of our GTS Athletes experience their first week.
You will work one-on-one with one of our experienced strength coaches to assess your movement patterns and review form standards.
You will learn the training and programming strategies we use to maximize strength and build muscle.
You will learn a exercises to improve posture, open up your shoulders and hips, minimize injury and prime the body for the big lifts.
You will get hands on experience and receive direct coaching feedback as you learn the keys to mastering the squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, pull ups and rows.
All training experiences are welcome, beginner to advanced!
