One Week Jumpstart Program

In the training camp, we'll guide you through the same proven step by step process all of our GTS Athletes experience their first week.    

  • You will work one-on-one with one of our experienced strength coaches to assess your movement patterns and review form standards.

  • You will learn the training and programming strategies we use to maximize strength and build muscle.

  • You will learn a exercises to improve posture, open up your shoulders and hips, minimize injury and prime the body for the big lifts.

  • You will get hands on experience and receive direct coaching feedback as you learn the keys to mastering the squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, pull ups and rows.

  • All training experiences are welcome, beginner to advanced!
