At GTS, our mission is to transform ordinary people into efficient, strong, and confident athletes so they are always prepared for “Game Time”.  We achieve this by coaching our athletes through a proven easy to learn training and nutrition system designed to optimize movement, live lean, lift strong and look strong.


Learn how to safely use barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells and feel comfortable in any gym setting. We combine aspects of strength training, powerlifting, bodybuilding and conditioning to create well-balanced, durable athletes who lift strong and look strong.

We focus on reclaiming OPTIMAL movement patterns first, then safely strengthening those movement patterns through compound lifts such as the squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, etc.


Our unique team training model blends the best of personal training, individualized programming, and group training.

Your GTS Coaching staff will hold your hand every step of the way as you learn how to perform exercises and movements with proper form, read and understand your program, and gain the confidence to load and set up your weights.

Our goal is to make your health, strength, & fitness a priority in your life and to ensure you feel comfortable performing your program with or without your coaching staff in any gym setting! 


Open coaching hours and access to your program allows you the flexibility to train 1-7 days a week for whatever amount of time you have.

While our home base is in El Segundo (Los Angeles), we provide online training and nutrition coaching to clients throughout the United States.
